Logistics Information

Thank you for your registration to the 2nd Annual Innovations in Student Leadership Conference and the OneStudentry Network. This year's conference is on February 23, 2008 at The Elliott School of International Affairs (GWU), from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Attendee Check In and Breakfast will be from at 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM in the 1st and 2nd Floor Lobbies of the Elliott School. The conference will begin promptly at 9:30 AM in the City View Room, located on the 7th Floor of the Elliott School. Please note that this is a general email to all registrants and does not include details specific to your registration. Additional details will be sent to those that have registered for specific events.

If you are also part of an organization that is registered for the Projects Exposition, Organization Check In will be open from 9:00 AM to 2:45 PM. You will be able to set up at any point during this time period. If you are participating in other portions of the conference, we ask that you complete your organization's set up during the lunch session from 12:50 PM – 1:35 PM so that you may participate fully in the simulation and/or forums. The Projects Exposition will begin promptly at 3:00 PM in the Lindner Family Commons, located on the 6th Floor of the Elliott School. Each organization will be assigned one table and one chair, unless other arrangements have been made. If you need assistance in bringing materials into the building, please contact info@onestudentry.org to make arrangements. Volunteers will be able to assist requests the day of the event.

Additionally, please note that the "Attendee Registration" is not the same as "Organization Registration." If you have not registered as an organization, but would like a table at the Projects Exposition as an organization, you must register immediately. Please contact webmaster@onestudentry.org, if you are uncertain about the status of your organization's registration.

Please refer to the updated website for further information on event-specific locations, participating organizations, and speaker biographies.
