About Ms. Dunbar

Judith Dunbar is a Conflict Specialist with the Office of Conflict Management & Mitigation in the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict & Humanitarian Affairs in the U.S. Agency for International Development. She serves as the primary backstop for Serbia, Kosovo, Georgia, Russia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Thailand. She has coordinated the development of a resource guide on community-based development programs in conflict-affected environments, and provides technical support on conflict to the Bureau for Economic Growth, Agriculture and Trade. She also leads USAID’s team supporting the Office of the Coordinator for Reconstruction and Stabilization (S/CRS) at the State Department.
